Orders and Shipping

Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed. You will receive an email with your confirmation and order number to the email you processed your order with once it is confirmed (you may need to check junk or spam).

When you are ready to purchase your products, you can create an account.

The delivery address for an order must be a valid residential address – we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has been placed. You can change your address, before payment on the checkout page or in your My Account page when logged in.

In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, Bondi Bodz will not be liable for any replacement or refund.

The courier will charge an additional cost for change of address for undelivered parcels with wrong/invalid address.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and link.

I’m having problems with the tracking

In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If after this time, your tracking number is still not working, please contact us at contact@bondibodz.com so we can look into this for you.

Once dispatched, how long will my order take?

Shipping times will vary based on your region and location. See below estimated breakdown by region.

Australia & NZ


All orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse. Delivery options are presented at checkout and will depend on the contents of your order. 

For all orders within Australia we offer Standard and Express shipping options displayed at checkout.

Unless you have selected Express Post at checkout, shipping generally takes 2-7 business days, this applies from the day your order has been dispatched.

For all International orders we only offer standard shipping and shipping generally takes 7-14 business days. This applies from the day your order has been dispatched. 

When will my order be dispatched?

Generally, if you place your order before 10am on a weekday AEST we will aim to dispatch the same day. Orders are processed and shipped Mondays to Fridays only, excluding bank holidays. 

During promotional sale periods please allow for additional delays but we will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

We currently ship to the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and United Kingdom

How to Shop

  • To add items in your cart, click on “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to purchase
  • To change the quantity of the item, change the number in the quantity box
  • To review the items in your cart, click on the shopping bag/cart icon, located in the top right corner of the page

When You Are Ready to Checkout

  • Click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button
  • If you have an applicable discount or promotional code enter it and click on the
  • Apply button. The total price will be updated with the discount.
  • Enter your details and shipping details
  • Select your preferred shipping method and then click on the Continue to Payment button
  • Enter your payment details and click on the “Pay Now” button

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.

Returns 

Change of Mind – I don’t like the products I ordered

Should you wish to return an item that you’ve purchased, please email us at contact@bondibodz.com. You will need to ship us back the item and a credit voucher will be issued to you once we have received the items and inspected them. The credit voucher can be used for online purchases only. Please be advised that the items must meet the following conditions before an online credit will be issued:

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, citing your order number and intention to return the goods
  • You return the product(s) within 7 days of contacting us
  • Product(s) must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner
  • Product(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set
  • Gifts with purchase and samples must also be returned if it is included in the original purchase.
  • Items marked as “Clearance” or “sale” are non-exchangeable and non-returnable
  • Your returned goods must be accompanied by an official Return Authorization Form from us (obtained by contacting customer service)

Please include a note with your name and your Order Number for our reference. Please email us at contact@bondibodz.com with your courier tracking number/ID.

Note: Shipping costs will not be refunded by Bondi Bodz and refund will only be via an online credit voucher. The credit voucher can be used for online purchase only.

Please note: Custom made products, bulk purchases and clearance items are non-returnable.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian federal Law. If an item you receive is defective or incorrect, we will replace it with a non-defective item or provide you with a refund of the cost of the item, provided that:

  • You contact us at contact@bondibodz.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item, citing your order number and identifying the defect
  • You return the item within 7 days of contacting us. Items purchased as part of a kit, set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set

We will send you a return label to use in order to return us the defective or incorrect item.

This policy does not apply to change-of-mind returns, or for reasons that the product doesn’t suit your skin tone or similar. If you change your mind about the product, please see our Change of Mind Returns Policy above.

Refunds will only be made to original payment method. For refunds requested over 30 days of completing a payment, a credit voucher will be given in place of a refund.
